CDL A & B Truck Drivers - Fine Art Handling

U.S.Art Company, Inc., the nation’s largest fine art handling/transportation company seeks full-time CDL A & B drivers/art handlers to transport fine art inter and intrastate to join our team. Long distance trips involve 2-3 weeks (OTR / Dual Driver) over the road with a partner. We offer excellent pay per mile, along with pay for each stop. We are seeking drivers with the ability to learn and travel.

Pay per mile CDL A .48 per mile / CDL B .40 to .42

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Fully understand how to operate and safely drive your assigned delivery vehicle

· Map delivery routes to ensure timely deliveries

· Pick-up loads, organize goods in the truck, and secure packages

· Obtain signatures or warehouse scans to conform and complete deliveries with clients

· Communicate with dispatch as needed

· Maintain service vehicle as needed (refuel, change oil, tire pressure, repairs, etc.)

· Maintain detailed driving and delivery logs

· Track and report working hours

· Adhere to company rules and regulations

· Obey all applicable traffic laws and drive according to the weather/road conditions

Qualifications

· CDL A/B (Required)

· US work authorization (Required)

· Commercial Driving: 1 year (Preferred)

· High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred

· Previous experience in fine art handling, crating and packing preferred.
