Responsibilities
- Assess the needs of children and families and service members, developing tailored intervention plans that address child welfare, behavioral health, and family dynamics.
- Provide crisis management and crisis intervention to individuals experiencing urgent or high-risk situations, ensuring immediate safety and stabilization.
- Coordinate with child protective services, family law agencies, healthcare providers, and community organizations to facilitate comprehensive support.
- Support clients with disabilities or special needs by offering specialized social work services and advocating for accessible resources.
- Maintain detailed documentation of client interactions, service plans, and progress notes using Microsoft Office tools.
- Deliver client communication with empathy and clarity, ensuring understanding across diverse cultural backgrounds and language barriers (bilingual skills preferred).
- Conduct home visits, assessments, and follow-up visits to monitor progress and adjust care plans as needed.
Qualifications
- must have current social work, clinical experience, seeing patients.
- Strong communication skills paired with excellent writing abilities for report writing and documentation.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications for record keeping and reporting purposes.
- Must hold a current LCSW, L GSW, LISW, CMSW or CSW license.
- Must have graduated with a degree in social work at the graduate level.
Pay: $105,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
