Duties

- Works under the supervision of the activity manager who makes specific assignments, explains polices and procedures, and reviews work for quantity and quality of completed projects.
- Maintains schedules for maintenance and/or repair of physical facility. Manages data and prepares, tracks, and adjusts work orders for maintenance which cannot be completed by self-help.
- Conducts surveillance of total facility and reports any unusual findings to supervisor. Conducts liaison with facility supervisors, and serves as customer services point of contact.
- Opens/closes facility by locking/unlocking doors and windows, and assuring security system is operable. Prepares, maintains, and monitors requirement lists and inventories for supplies and equipment in the facilities.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

- Subject to satisfactory completion of all pre-employment checks in accordance with AR 215-3, para.2.
- Incumbent may also required to complete a Tier 1 background investigation for a Common Access Card for physical access to federally-controlled facilities.
