Logistics Management Specialist.

Duties

• Direct the accounting of new command procurements within the Financial Accounting Corporate Tracking System (FACTS).
• Manage a $177 million portfolio of highly technical, standard, and non-standard electronic assets.
• Establish logistical plans to allocate equipment and operational resources across the National Security Agency-Georgia (NSAG) and 706th MI Group.
• Adapt overarching government logistics policies to establish localized operating methods for the command.
• Execute the turn-in and disposal of unserviceable equipment to the Defense Reutilization and Marketing Office (DRMO) and through the Clean Sweep Program.
• Maintain operational relationships with civilian contractors and industry representatives to procure specialized equipment and services.

• In accordance with Change 3 to AR 600-85, Alcohol and Drug Abuse Prevention and Control Program, individual must successfully pass a urinalysis screening for illegal drug use prior to appointment and periodically thereafter.
• Must be willing to undergo and successfully complete a counterintelligence-scope polygraph examination with No Deception Indicated (NDI) on a pre-appointment and periodic basis.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Top Secret security clearance based on a T5 (or equivalent level) investigation with eligibility for sensitive compartmented information (SCI).
• All INSCOM employees may be subject to extended TDY or worldwide deployments during crisis situations to perform mission essential functions as determined by management.

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes Maintaining accurate accounting and reporting systems for non-expendable property; Developing new methods of improving existing logistics operations; and Leveraging automated systems including Automated Logistics Systems such as Financial Accounting Corporate Tracking Systems (FACTS), Asset Tracker System (ATS) and Material Distribution and Tracking System (MDAT) to maintain 100% custody of Agency Owned Accountable Property (AOAP). This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS/GG-12).

Specialized experience is progressively responsible intelligence-related security work directly related to the position being filled.
