Job Duties:
- Coordinate equipment reservations with counter personnel: This involves managing the scheduling of equipment rentals, ensuring availability, and communicating effectively with the staff at the rental counter.
- Prepare and maintain call reports and sales records: Keeping track of sales calls made, outcomes, and maintaining accurate records of sales transactions.
- Perform cold calls and follow-ups on sales leads: Actively reaching out to potential customers through cold calling and following up on leads to generate sales opportunities.
- Assist with overflow from counter personnel and any delivery and pickup of equipment: Supporting the rental counter staff as needed, which may involve assisting customers with equipment pickups and deliveries.
- Other duties as requested: Being flexible and willing to take on additional responsibilities as required by the company.
Working Conditions:
