What are the responsibilities and job description for the Deli and Donut Team Member position at U-Pump-It?

Responsibilities:
- Prepare fresh deli foods and other hot food items.
- Bake, fry, glaze, decorate, and package donuts and other bakery items.
- Maintain product quality and food safety standards.
- Stock and rotate merchandise.
- Keep deli, donut, and prep areas clean and sanitized.
- Assist customers with orders and provide friendly service.
- Follow company recipes, procedures, and health department regulations.
- Work as part of a team to keep the store running smoothly.
Qualifications:
- Positive attitude and excellent customer service skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Able to stand for extended periods.
- Willing to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
- Food service experience is helpful but not required—we will train the right person!
