Responsibilities
- Understanding and applying sales principles and customer service practices
- Communicating effectively with customers and staff
- Maintaining customer service focus
- Working independently and as part of a team
- Handling physical demands of the role, including moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing, and standing throughout the day, with occasional stooping, kneeling, crouching
Qualifications
- Proficiency in verbal and written English
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task and take initiative without direct supervision
- Enthusiasm, friendliness, and a desire to provide outstanding service
- Bi-lingual skills are a plus but not required
Compensation
