Job description
We are seeking an ambitious and motivated candidate to join our company. Someone who understands the importance of providing the BEST customer service possible to our customers. You will be answering a multi-line phone and giving out car quotes/customer service as needed, answering the email daily and dispatch vehicles out to our tow truck drivers. Excellent pay and commissions are a part of working at U-Pull It, and can be realized by driven individuals. Both full and pastime hours are available.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic team player that excels in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of Omaha and Surrounding areas to pair drivers with vehicles in their area a plus
- Excellent and effective communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong negotiation, and problem-solving capabilities
- Customer service knowledge
- Energetic, outgoing, and friendly
- Multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
- Ability to quickly process information and make decisions
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office
- Able to answer a multi-line phone
