Duties Include
- Learning the U-Box supply chain logistical model.
- Interacting with U-Haul field personnel via phone and email.
- Updating, correcting, and maintaining shipment data used by U-Haul locations.
- Efficiently manage billing and shipping data from our transportation partners.
- Facilitate billing processes for the U-Haul field and carrier network.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word.
- Knowledge of Excel a plus.
- Ability to multi-task and adapt quickly.
- Detail oriented and organized.
- Confident and independent in decision making.
