What are the responsibilities and job description for the U-Box Customer Care Representative (Non-CDL) position at U-Haul?

As a CCR, you will be responsible for U-Box containers and ensuring that customers are provided with friendly and courteous service. Physical Demands
The work requires some physical exertion, such as long periods both indoors and outdoors while remaining stationary, traversing spaces, repositioning to reach and use tools, and moving a minimum of 50 lbs. assisted or unassisted.

- Operate a flatbed truck (training provided).
- Operate an 8000-lb propane forklift or a truck-mounted forklift (training provided).
- Load and unload storage containers for delivery.
- Transport storage containers to and from specified destinations, e.g., customers’ homes and businesses – local routes only.
- Participate in ongoing continuous U-Haul education through U-Haul University.
- Clean motor vehicle driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent
