In this position you will ensure the profitable sales of company fleet rotation (used) trucks, general rental items (GRI) and other designated equipment.
Primary Responsibilities :
- Drive profitable sales of fleet rotation (used) trucks, general rental items (GRI), and other designated equipment.
- Safely operate a motor vehicle and comply with all state licensing and motor vehicle department policies and procedures.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Negotiate and authorize the sale of fleet rotation trucks and equipment in collaboration with U-Haul Marketing.
- Understand and apply U-Haul's financial guidelines, particularly profit and loss concepts.
- Ensure the quality and full serviceability of repaired and / or cleaned equipment to guarantee customer satisfaction.
- Promptly remit company funds to U-Haul, following established procedures.
- Maintain cost-effective and efficient repairs in accordance with company policies.

Work Environment :
This role involves moderate risks or discomforts that require special safety precautions, such as working around moving parts, machinery, fumes, or chemicals. Protective clothing or gear, such as masks, goggles, gloves, or shields, may be necessary.
Physical Demands :
The position requires physical exertion, including standing for long periods, walking, reaching to use tools, and lifting up to 50 lbs (assisted or unassisted).
