Technical Support Specialist Responsibilities
- Providing remote assistance during the installation or repair of burglar alarm, fire alarm, and surveillance systems and equipment.
- Taking charge of each call and determining efficient paths to resolution.
- Responding to and handling technician concerns and inquiries
- Remotely obtaining surveillance camera footage for requests made by various internal departments.
- Comfortable working in a professional corporate environment
- Dependable and responsible
- Confident in learning and navigating various computer programs
- Eager to learn
- Have no criminal record
- Do not abuse drugs or alcohol
- Customer service or technical support experience preferred
- Starting wage is $18.50 per hour. Annual reviews and increases based upon merit.
- Pay is bi-weekly
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Full time

Salary : $19
