Experience
- Collections and/or Adjusting experience.
- Heavy phone work required, candidate must possess excellent customer service skills including excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Must be highly organized and self-motivated.
- Follow the structured policy and procedures of subrogation.
- Track and monitor payments and payment arrangements.
- All other duties as required that ensures compliance with state Department of Insurance (DOI) regulations.
