Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary technology team, fostering professional growth and accountability.
- Oversee the planning, development, and delivery of software solutions that meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to prioritize initiatives, define success metrics, and align outcomes with strategic goals.
- Implement best practices in DevOps, code reviews, QA automation, and release management.
- Drive continuous improvement in system architecture, process efficiency, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Oversee project timelines, resource allocation, and performance metrics to ensure team efficiency and effectiveness.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend adoption strategies that add value to the organization.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field (master’s preferred).
- 7 years of progressive software development experience, including 3 years in a leadership or management position.
- Strong background in software development methods (Agile, DevOps, CI/CD) and architectural principles.
- Proven ability to manage technical teams across disciplines (e.g., developers, admins, QA).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated success in process improvement, system optimization, and technical project delivery.
- Experience in cloud-based infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Exposure to automated testing frameworks and DevOps tools (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps).
- Familiarity with data integration, APIs, and workflow automation.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset.
