Key Responsibilities
Project Coordination & Workflow Management
- Assist in planning, organizing, and tracking digital marketing projects from concept to delivery.
- Maintain project timelines, deliverables, and status updates across multiple business units.
- Coordinate with SEO, content, design, analytics, and engineering teams to keep projects moving.
- Support intake and prioritization of internal requests (web updates, content refreshes, SEO fixes).
- Help prepare weekly updates, dashboards, and project summaries for leadership visibility.
- Ensure work is documented properly in project management tools.
- Research moving, storage, and labor competitors to identify digital trends and gaps.
- Benchmark competitor websites, content strategies, and customer experience.
- Gather and summarize insights that support U-Haul’s digital strategy.
- Present findings in clear, actionable reports for stakeholders.
- Track performance of blog posts, landing pages, and campaigns using Looker Studio, GA4, and Search Console.
- Pull weekly and monthly KPI snapshots for team review.
- Assist with tagging audits, SEO performance tracking, and identifying optimization opportunities.
- Monitor content engagement, search trends, and user behavior to inform future work.
Required
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Strong interest in digital marketing, websites, SEO, and content strategy.
- Excellent writing and editing skills.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Working knowledge of Google and Microsoft software.
- Familiarity with GA4, Search Console, Looker Studio or similar analytics tools.
- Exposure to project management tools
