In exchange, this rewarding position comes with excellent benefits Project Management Technician Minimum Qualifications: Experience performing and utilizing tools and equipment in any of the following areas: carpentry, metal framing, painting, masonry, electrical, HVAC, plumbing or landscaping Respond promptly and efficiently to facility needs. Collaborate on projects or work alone as needed. Valid driver’s license and a good driving record to operate a motor vehicle; adhere to all local vehicular regulations while driving Work Environment: The work requires observing necessary safety precautions while working around moving parts, machines for building and site maintenance. Physical Demands: The work requires some physical exertion such as long periods both indoors and outdoors while remaining stationary, traversing spaces, repositioning to reach and use tools, and moving a minimum of 50 lbs assisted or unassisted.
