CREW MEMBER RESPONSIBILITIES

Crew Members are responsible for delivering great and friendly guest experiences. They prepare products according to operational and quality standards and serve them with enthusiasm in a clean, fast-paced environment. They work as part of a team to meet our guests’ needs and give them a reason to come back.

Dunkin’ Donuts Crew Members are also responsible for: Executing restaurant standards and marketing initiatives - Preparing all products following appropriate recipes and procedures - Following all procedures related to cash, cleanliness, food safety, and restaurant safety and security - Maintaining a clean and neat workstation - Completing all required training and supporting the training of other team members –

Responsibilities Include:

Team Environment - Communicate appropriately with fellow team members, treating others fairly and with respect. Respond positively to feedback and direction given. Hold themselves accountable for their responsibilities on their shift. Adhere to schedule and arrive ready to work on time.

QUALIFICATIONS

REQUIRED:

PREFERRED:

• Experience in the restaurant, QSR, fast food or retail industry
• Passion and knowledge of the Dunkin’ Donuts brand and products
