  • Support Sales and Customer Service by providing timely updates on supply status, lead times, and recovery plans.
Contract Manufacturer (EMS) Management
  • Partner closely with Contract Manufacturers (EMS) and manufacturing sites in China to ensure effective production execution.
  • Monitor production schedules, material readiness, manufacturing output, and shipment performance.
  • Review manufacturing KPIs and work with internal and external stakeholders to drive corrective actions where required.
  • Support inventory optimization initiatives across manufacturing locations.

  • Work closely with Product Center, Sales Operations, Sourcing, Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Finance to ensure smooth operational execution.
  • Support New Product Introduction (NPI), product transitions, and phase-in/phase-out activities.
  • Participate in business reviews with suppliers, contract manufacturers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Coordinate supply chain activities to support business growth and customer satisfaction.
Reporting & Continuous Improvement
