The Role (Read This Carefully)
We are NOT looking for a social media manager.
We are hiring a Growth & Conversion Strategist whose primary job is:
Turn attention (content, ads, DMs) into booked calls with parents of college students
If your focus is likes, followers, or aesthetics — this is NOT the role.
Your Core Responsibilities
1. Fix & Optimize Our Funnel
You will take ownership of:
- Instagram / Facebook → DM conversations → short video → booked call → client
Your job:
- Identify where we are losing people
- Improve each step to increase conversion
2. Improve Messaging That Converts
We already create daily content.
You will:
- Refine hooks that stop parents scrolling
- Strengthen emotional connection with our ICP (40–60 y/o parents)
- Shift messaging from “therapy” → “something feels off, but I can’t prove it”
3. Build High-Converting DM Systems
We currently send outbound messages and get responses.
You will:
- Write and optimize DM scripts
- Build follow-up sequences that convert conversations → calls
- Reduce drop-off after initial engagement
4. Optimize Our Entry Offer
We currently offer:
- Free consults
- Parent Clarity Check-In ($49)
You will:
- Test and refine the best “first step” for parents
- Reduce friction from interest → commitment
What Success Looks Like (THIS is how you’re measured)
- Increase in booked calls per week
- Higher conversion rate from DM → call
- Improved response quality from parents
- More qualified leads entering pipeline
NOT:
- Follower count
- Likes
- Vanity metrics
Who You Are
You are:
- A direct-response thinker
- Obsessed with conversion, not content
- Comfortable working in DMs and real conversations
- Data-aware (you test, adjust, improve)
You have experience with:
- Funnel optimization
- Lead conversion
- Writing messaging that drives action
- Working with service-based businesses (bonus: healthcare, coaching, or parenting space)
Who This Is NOT For
This is NOT for someone who:
- Only schedules posts
- Focuses on branding over results
- Needs constant direction
- Has never owned conversion metrics
Role Details
- Part-time to start (10–15 hours/week)
- Remote
- Flexible hours, but responsive communication required
