Duties
- Prepare a variety of bubble tea drinks, including tea blends, milk teas, fruit smoothies, and specialty toppings, following established recipes and standards.
- Operate POS systems to process transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Manage cash handling and cashiering duties with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café workspace, ensuring food safety and proper food handling practices are followed at all times.
- Handle Opening or closig duties for the store
- Provide friendly customer service by taking orders, answering questions about menu items, and offering recommendations.
- Assist in food preparation tasks like assembling drinks, handling ingredients, and ensuring quality presentation.
- Support sales efforts by engaging with customers and promoting new or popular menu items to enhance their experience.
Skills
- Previous barista or food service experience is preferred but not required; a positive attitude and willingness to learn are key!
- Familiarity with POS systems is a plus.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders during busy hours smoothly.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and order calculations.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
