What are the responsibilities and job description for the Contract Driver position at Tzak courier service?
Looking for a dependable driver to handle weekend routes! We need someone for Saturday, Sunday, and Monday runs between Sharpsburg and Cincinnati. What You'll Do: • Drive a round-trip route from Sharpsburg to Cincinnati (9 hours total drive time) • Safely load and unload cargo at pickup and delivery points • Follow all traffic laws and safety protocols • Keep detailed delivery logs and complete necessary paperwork • Perform basic vehicle checks and report any maintenance issues • Deliver great service and communicate professionally with customers and our dispatch team What We Need From You: • Previous delivery, courier, or route driving experience is a plus • Valid driver's license with a clean record (required) • Commercial insurance coverage (required) • Ability to pass background check and drug screening • Strong customer service attitude • Physical ability to handle loading/unloading duties Compensation: $250 per day Ready to hit the road with us?
