Tyto Athene is looking for a driven and versatile Marketing Associate to support our subsidiary, stackArmor full time. stackArmor is a fast-growing cybersecurity and cloud compliance company serving U.S. federal agencies, defense organizations, and regulated enterprises. You'll sit within the Tyto Athene marketing team while dedicating your focus entirely to stackArmor. This role spans event coordination, partner relationships, and digital marketing, ideal for someone with a few years of marketing and communications experience.
Responsibilities:
Events & Webinars:
- Plan and execute at least one event or webinar per month, managing logistics from concept to close-out for both physical and virtual formats — trade shows, government conferences, partner summits, and speaking engagements
- Register and manage event sign-ups across industry conferences and government technology forums, tracking deadlines, sponsorship deliverables, and participation requirements
- Coordinate with speakers, partners, and vendors on event logistics
- Work directly with key technology partners, including Carahsoft, Google, and AWS, to coordinate joint events, set agendas, and manage sponsorship execution
- Provide hands-on on-site event support, including booth set up, attendee coordination, and troubleshooting on the fly
- Track participation, compile post-event leads, and contribute to after-action reports that inform future event strategy
- Maintain and communicate the stackArmor Events Calendar across internal stakeholders
Partner Relationships:
- Manage and track marketing contracts and sponsorship agreements with key partners including Carahsoft, ensuring timely execution and compliance
- Review and process invoices related to marketing events and partner activities, keeping records accurate and organized
- Manage the AWS and Google Cloud (GCP) marketing portals, including MDF fund tracking and ACE pipeline reporting
- Participate in and support weekly calls with marketing partners
Digital Marketing & Content:
- Develop and publish digital content across stackArmor's web and social channels, maintaining consistent brand voice and messaging
- Assist with the creation and publication of blog posts and thought leadership content that speaks to the federal IT and cybersecurity community, working the stackArmor subject matter experts and leadership
- Basic management of SEO, AEO, and HubSpot performance, tracking metrics and identifying opportunities for improvement
- Own the production and delivery of the monthly stackArmor newsletter from content coordination through distribution
- Monitor and report on the competitive landscape among FedRAMP and government cloud providers, surfacing insights that inform messaging and positioning
Required:
- 2–5 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related role
- Demonstrated experience coordinating events, webinars, or partner programs end to end
- Familiarity with HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms
- Working knowledge of SEO/AEO best practices and digital content publishing
- Strong written communication skills
- Experience with AWS or GCP partner portals (MDF, ACE) is a bonus but not required
- Collaborative and self-directed, comfortable working within a larger team while owning your own lane
- Ability to come to the office from time to time, and provide on-site event support as needed, most of the time this will be in the Washington D.C. metro area.

Salary : $75,000 - $90,000
