About the Role
Tytan Technology is seeking a Technical Product / Program Manager to support one of our key enterprise clients. This role requires a unique hybrid skill set: part Product Manager, part Technical Program Manager, and part strategic delivery leader. You will drive complex product initiatives across engineering, cloud, data, and AI/ML teams, while partnering with senior stakeholders to shape and execute product roadmaps.

What You’ll Do
Product Ownership
- Partner with business and engineering leaders to define product vision, roadmap, and success metrics
- Translate business needs into clear requirements, epics, and user stories
- Drive prioritization, backlog management, and alignment across cross-functional teams
Technical Program Leadership
- Lead multi-team delivery of cloud, AI/ML, data engineering, platform, or integration programs
- Manage end-to-end program execution - planning, timelines, dependencies, risks, and reporting
- Coordinate work across architecture, backend, frontend, DevOps, SRE, Security, QA, and Data teams
- Ensure technical solutions align with enterprise standards, scalability goals, and compliance frameworks
Enterprise Execution
- Support complex system integrations (APIs, data pipelines, SaaS platforms, IAM/security components)
- Partner with engineering teams to ensure reliable releases, environment readiness, and operational excellence
- Drive Agile/SAFe ceremonies and cross-team alignment
- Produce executive-ready communication: dashboards, status updates, risk registers, and decision memos
Required Skills & Experience
- 7 years as a Product Manager, Technical Program Manager, or similar hybrid role
- Strong technical fluency in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), APIs, integrations, data engineering, microservices, or AI/ML concepts
- Demonstrated experience driving enterprise-scale programs with multiple engineering teams
- Background in SaaS, cloud modernization, AI/ML initiatives, security/identity, or large-scale data platforms
- Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum/SAFe, backlog management, Jira/Confluence, and cross-team coordination
- Exceptional communication ability to influence technical and executive stakeholders
- Proven ability to translate business needs into actionable requirements
- Experience working in regulated or compliance-focused environments is a plus (SOC2, GDPR, PCI, HIPAA etc.)
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Previous experience in Oil and Gas, Technology, or Enterprise SaaS
- Experience with SRE/SLO/SLI frameworks
- Exposure to AI/GenAI productization, model deployment, or data science workflows
- Product discovery or customer research experience
- Technical background in engineering, computer science, analytics, or a related field
