What are the responsibilities and job description for the Heavy Equipment Operator for an underground pipe crew position at Tyson Utilities Construction, Inc.?
Must have:
valid/clear drivers license.
Pass a drug test
Understand/speak English.
3 years experience with heavy equipment. Preferably within a pipe crew
The desire to work on a pipe crew and help where needed. This is not a sit on a machine all day kind of job. You must be physically able to get on and off the machine multiple times during the day to assist the crew on the ground when needed
Job will require:
Driving crew to job site from metter GA and back everyday.
Helping where needed on a pipe crew.
Operating loaders, backhoes or excavators. Possibly a dozer some.
Laying out material ahead of the pipe crew, hauling rock with a loader/backhoe.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 – 50.0 per week
