Job Details: Job Purpose/Summary The Social Compliance Specialist will be responsible for preparing for and completing social audits at the request of customers or per Tyson’s policy. This includes: Audit scheduling Data collection and population to questionnaires Document preparation, review, and requests Internal and external communication as part of the audit Payment of invoices Additionally, this role is responsible for managing the Compliance inbox, preparation for key department events, and other ad hoc tasks as needed to support the team. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Scheduling of the Audit: Support Social Compliance Manager with scheduling of audits, including communication of audit windows to facilities. Preparing for the Audit: Organize the obtainment of all necessary audit materials (data and documents) from internal and external stakeholders ahead of the audit date. Organize and lead an audit preparation call with plant management and other key personnel. Audit: Support the plant, auditors, and third-party labor providers throughout the audit to ensure the audit is completed timely and accurately. Payment: Ensure auditor bills are paid timely and accurately. Communication: Effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders throughout the audit process, follow-up actions, and escalate any issues to Director Human Rights Compliance. Continuous Improvement: Continually identify ways to proactively manage audits, enhance efficiency of systems, and reduce risks. Business partnering: Ensure plants understand the audit process and have the information they need to successfully execute audits. Requirements Education/Certifications: Preferred Bachelor’s degree. Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience administering audits or similar preparation and delivery-oriented processes. Skills: Intermediate computer skills, particular proficiency in Excel. Experience in Microsoft Planner, Power Automate and PowerBi is considered as an advantage. Excellent organizational, communication, analytical skills, and attention to detail. Ability to multi-task multiple time-sensitive requirements and audits. Communication Skills: Excellent planning, coordination, communication, collaboration, and with the ability to interact with multiple levels of management.
