Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic “in-person” marketer to join our team! This person will travel to local businesses, events, meetings, etc., daily to represent the firm, distribute information, and sign up new clients. We want someone smart, friendly, and ready to grow!
Position Requirements:
- Bilingual in Spanish and English (both written and spoken).
- A people person who is patient, likes to talk, and loves to meet new people.
- Must have a reliable vehicle, a valid driver’s license, and auto insurance.
- Ability to intake new clients on nights and weekends as needed.
- Prior sales/marketing experience preferred.
- Ability to perform general duties daily.
General Duties Include but not be limited to:
- Meeting new potential client sources in person.
- Maintaining and building relationships with client sources.
- Coordinating and executing in-person events.
- Signing up clients on nights and weekends as needed.
- Managing event logistics, promotions, and follow-up activities to maximize client engagement.
- Preparing regular reports on market activities and ROI.
- Maintaining a neat and professional appearance.
Position Details:
- Full-time (40 hours per week) contract position.
- Pay rate: $20 per hour plus bonuses.
