The Tyson Law Firm is seeking an Experienced Associate Attorney with 3–5 years of experience. The Tyson Law Firm is a client-focused personal injury and criminal defense firm based in Oak Cliff. Our cases range from simple fender bender car accidents to complicated federal conspiracy cases. Our team works together to ensure superior customer service to our clients and to deliver the best results possible.
We are seeking a confident, intelligent, customer-service-minded, results-driven individual to represent our firm and clients.
Areas of Responsibility:
- Litigation
- Client interviews
- Client updates
- Court appearances
- Drafting and responding to discovery
- Motions
- Legal research
- Etc.
Requirements:
- Must be licensed to practice law in Texas and in good standing with the bar.
- Must have a minimum of 3–5 years of experience.
- Must have good communication skills.
- Microsoft Office proficiency.
- Must be able to conduct legal research.
- Must be thorough.
- Must be dedicated to great customer service.
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Work Setting: In person
Salary: $80,000–$100,000 annually (based on experience)
