Job Details:
The Stacker Labor position is responsible for stacking finished product boxes onto pallets according to product specifications while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to company policies and procedures. This role supports production flow by ensuring products are properly handled, organized, and prepared for shipment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Stack finished product boxes (up to 50 lbs.) onto pallets in an organized and efficient manner.
- Ensure proper labeling (including SLAP labels) and verify code dates on all boxes.
- Arrange boxes based on product specifications, including proper "high and tie" stacking patterns.
- Cap completed pallets with liners and wrap pallets securely for shipping.
- Assist in preparing pallets for transport to shipping or storage areas.
- Maintain clean and organized work areas, removing debris and maintaining production flow.
- Support production line by ensuring materials and components are available as needed.
- Follow all company safety, food safety, GMP, and quality standards.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by supervisor.
