- This person is responsible for ensuring that the palletizer is setup for production and supplying empty pallets.
- This person is also responsible for hand palletizing if the line produces more boxes than the palletizer can handle, lifting boxes up to excess of 40 pounds

Requirements
- Applicants must be able to work with others to adhere to Tyson's safety culture. If an applicant meets the minimum requirements for consideration, they may be contacted for a visit to the facility.
- There is 180 days (6 months) waiting period for former Tyson Foods team members.
