PARTS ROOM ATTND C shift Springdale, L.H. Garage
This position is responsible for inventory control in the maintenance shop, as well as receiving and storing parts, maintenance supplies, and miscellaneous receivers while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures.
Duties:
- Ability to grasp, grip, twist, pull bend and stoop for 12-hour shifts.
- Must be willing to individually lift up to 40 lbs. repetitively through your shift and 100 lbs. occasionally with assistance from others.
- Tech will be walking, standing, bending, pushing, pulling in all types of weather.
- Computer: General knowledge of computers and E-mail systems (Microsoft office experience preferred).
- Recognize and document equipment ID numbers, mileage readings and signage.
- Document part numbers on log sheets and work orders, track parts usage.
- Valid driver’s license and safety toed foot ware are required.
- Must pass MVR check:
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Must not have any DUI/DWI convictions within the last 12 months
- Must have 3-month work history in past 6 months listed on application
- Prior Tyson team members are eligible for rehire after completing a 180-day rehire waiting period and 3-time limit.
