Key Responsibilities:
- Issuing Tools and Parts: Distribute tools, parts, and equipment to workers, maintaining accurate records of items issued and returned.
- Inventory Management: Control and organize parts room inventory, ensuring all items are properly stocked and identified.
- Order Processing: Identify and order necessary parts and equipment to maintain adequate inventory levels.
- Record Keeping: Maintain all required records pertaining to maintenance parts, including tracking usage and managing documentation.
- Locating Items: Assist in locating lost or misplaced tools and parts.
- Maintenance Support: Provide support to maintenance personnel by ensuring they have the necessary tools and parts to perform their tasks efficiently.
- Experience: General knowledge and experience with parts and tools are preferred. Inventory experience is also desirable.
- Computer Skills: Basic computer skills are required. Proficiency with Excel and SAP is preferred
