- Competitive Compensation Start Rate $16.25 hour - $2.00 2nd Shift Differential and up to $20 an hour for skilled and incentivized jobs.

- You can expect to be on your feet in a fast-paced factory environment with repetitive tasks on a production line
- Because we are working with meat, we work in 38-42-degree temps
- All Personal Protective Equipment will be provided to the team member at no charge.
