Must be willing and able to:
- Operate in a safe manner, and in accordance with all company policies and procedures.
- Use a handheld computer to pick and scan product to outbound loads.
- Communicate effectively with other TM’s and assists in coordinating to accomplish all assigned tasks.
- Operate powered pallet jack, forklift and/or reach truck. Inspects daily, charges batteries, maintains battery water level, and changes batteries as necessary.
- Deliver raw materials, packaging, and pallets to the appropriate production areas.
- Move inventory in an organized manner to store in a subzero freezer, cooler, and a dry goods area.
- Move finished goods and work-in-progress from production lines to the shipping area.
- Unload trucks.
- Cover and stretch-wraps pallets.
- Ensure assigned production lines are continuously supplied with clean raw materials and packaging.
- Records movement transactions in the SAP system.
- Ensures all raw materials and finished goods are labeled correctly.
- Maintain an organized and clean work environment according to 5S principles, GMP’s, and USDA regulations.
- Physical Requirements: The successful candidate(s) must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.
- Must have LESS than 7 attendance points and have NO disciplinary actions in the past 12 months.
