Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
- Set up, operate, monitor, and adjust production equipment used in manufacturing and packaging processes, including equipment used to produce boxes and packaging materials.
- Ensure equipment is operating efficiently and report equipment issues, malfunctions, or quality concerns to supervision.
- Transport, move, load, unload, and stage materials, products, supplies, and packaging components throughout the production process.
- Perform routine production tasks in accordance with established work instructions and production schedules.
- Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, knives, saws, and other production, processing, or material-handling equipment, as required and qualified for the position.
- Inspect products, packaging, and materials to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
- Follow all food safety, quality assurance, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Complete required documentation, production records, equipment checks, and safety reports accurately and timely.
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements.
