Your Impact

• Execute preventive and corrective maintenance on plant equipment and building systems
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues
• Conduct routine inspections to uphold safety and uptime
• Document work performed, findings, and parts used with accuracy
• Respond rapidly to maintenance tickets and emergencies
• Collaborate with teammates to standardize and improve maintenance practices
• Comply with safety policies and regulatory requirements
• Perform other tasks as assigned by supervision

What You Need to Succeed

• Minimum 1 year of maintenance experience (can be cumulative across employers) documented in your application OR graduation from an industrial maintenance training program
• Rehire eligible after 180 days and fewer than 3 prior employment terms at this facility
• Age 18 with valid identification
• Comfort with basic hand tools
• Core knowledge in welding, hydraulics, basic electricity, power transmission, pneumatics, and plumbing
• Able to read/interpret work instructions
• Physical demands: lift 50 lbs; climb stairs up to 120 ft and ladders up to 60 ft; stand for prolonged periods; tolerate hot, cold, and inclement weather
