Requirements:
- Education: High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of one (1) year experience in the protein industry or other QA type experience preferred.
- Communication Skills: Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Special Skills: Must possess skills to complete Tyson paperwork; ability to lead by example and motivate the hourly workforce; good problem identification and problem-solving skills; math and organizational skills; ability to read and interpret product specifications; must function well under stress; must have flexibility to work where and when needed.
- Physical Requirements: Position involves heavy lifting (70 lbs. or more).

- Must have and maintain 5 or less attendance points to be considered.
- Must not have any written warnings in past 6 months.
- Must not have any written warnings with suspension in past 12 months.
