Role Responsibilities
- Perform scheduled maintenance and on-demand repairs across plant equipment and building systems.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, plumbing, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues.
- Complete routine inspections to maximize uptime and ensure safety.
- Maintain precise documentation of work orders, parts, and repairs.
- Respond rapidly to maintenance requests and emergencies to reduce downtime.
- Work side-by-side with peers to refine maintenance standards and processes.
- Comply with all safety rules and regulatory requirements, including LOTO.
- Other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications
- Experience: At least three (3) years of industrial maintenance in manufacturing (listed in application work history), or completion of a related training program. Experience may be combined across employers to total 3 years.
- Rehire policy: This facility does not accept rehires.
- Minimum requirements: 18 and able to present valid identification.
- Technical foundation: Willing to use basic hand tools; knowledge spanning welding, hydraulics, basic electricity, power transmission, pneumatics, and plumbing.
- Documentation: Able to read and understand assignments.
- Physical capability: Lift 50 lbs; climb 120 feet of stairs and ladders up to 60 feet; stand for prolonged periods; work in extreme hot or cold and inclement weather.
