Position Overview
We are seeking a Personal Injury Paralegal with a minimum of 1 year of personal injury experience to join our team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable managing personal injury case files from intake through resolution.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist attorneys with all phases of personal injury case management
- Conduct client intake and maintain regular communication with clients
- Request, review, and summarize medical records and bills
- Draft correspondence, demands, and legal documents
- Prepare and organize litigation documents, discovery responses, and filings
- Calendar deadlines, court dates, and reminders
- Coordinate with insurance adjusters, medical providers, and experts
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date case files in the firm’s case management system
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a personal injury paralegal (required)
- Knowledge of personal injury processes, terminology, and documentation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with case management software (preferred)
- Reliable, self-motivated, and team-oriented
