Job Responsibilities

• The Marketing Coordinator will:
  • Develop strong relationships with THSP executives, local owner/operator business partners and external vendors.
  • Work with the Director of Marketing of THSP to develop and execute local marketing plans bespoke to each local owner/operator, including digital and CRM marketing efforts.
  • Lead the implementation of THSP’s foundational marketing stack consisting of various software tools and business processes.
  • Execute recurring marketing tasks and utilize a data driven approach to analyzing marketing plans, ROAS, and make recommendations based upon this analysis.
  • Assist the President of THSP with special marketing projects related to corporate matters, as assigned.

Required Criteria

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or business-related field.
• 1 years of marketing or project management experience, preferably in a multi-location business environment.
• Highly motivated self-starter that embraces the challenge of finding unique solutions to challenging problems.
• Proven oral and written communication skills, organizational and presentation skills to interact with internal and external business partners.
• High quality standards and meticulous attention to detail.
• Work from office five days a week.
• Limited travel required.

Compensation

Competitive compensation consisting of base salary and an annual performance bonus.
