Position Summary
Manages all business units at branch facility, adhering to company standards and procedures while ensuring profitability.
Key Responsibilities
Minimum Experience: 5 years of management and/or supervisory experience preferably in the Lubricant and/or Fuel Industry.
Education: Associate degree or equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications

While performing the duties of this position, the employee frequently is required to use hands or fingers, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls. Specific vision abilities required by this position include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
The employee must be able to lift, push, pull, or carry objects, use abdominal and lower back muscles to provide support over time without fatigue. Excellent stamina is required. The employee regularly works on or near moving mechanical parts and in outside conditions that include inclement weather, heat and humidity, and exposure to dust and asphalt. The employee may occasionally work in high, precarious places and is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals. The noise level in the work environment is generally loud.
Machinery/Forklift operation may require the use of safety equipment to include but not limited to, eye safety glasses, hearing protectors, work boots, and hardhats.

Position Summary
Manages all business units at branch facility, adhering to company standards and procedures while ensuring profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a branch “culture” that fosters teamwork and is consistent with Company standards and expectations.
- Determine staffing requirements, hire new team members, coach existing team members and perform terminations.
- Ensure team members have the proper resources and tools in order to perform their jobs.
- Evaluate current and future technology, equipment, and vehicle needs and makes recommendations to management for purchases.
- Actively support the efforts of the Sales Team.
- Create and nurture business relationships with customers, suppliers and the community
- Maintain adequate internal controls and segregation of duties in the office.
- Maintain appropriate inventory levels, manage physical inventory counts, and establish appropriate and conspicuously marked storage areas for inventory items.
- Communicate with other branches regarding resource availability and requirements, sales opportunities, and other issues that may impact the Company.
- Responsible for coordinating and directing building maintenance issues.
- Responsible for coordinating and directing equipment and vehicle maintenance issues.
- Maintaining all environmental, DEQ, EPA, Marine Board records, inspections and programs where applicable.
- Maintains customer satisfaction, needs are met, products are delivered safety and efficiently.
- Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Experience: 5 years of management and/or supervisory experience preferably in the Lubricant and/or Fuel Industry.
Education: Associate degree or equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Class A CDL with TX Endorsements, No Air Brake or Automatic Transmission Restrictions
- Experience with ExxonMobil Lubricant products
- Current CPR / AED / First Aid Certification
- Experience as an official PIC (Person In Charge)
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, exercise sound judgment and confidentiality with sensitive information.
- Strong skills in organization, planning, and delegating tasks.
- Self-sufficient and self-motivated.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Proficient using MS Office Suite.
- Basic reading, writing, and mathematical skills

Work Schedule
- Hours Per Week: Regularly scheduled for 40 hours per week
- Days Per Week: 5 days per week / 8 hours per day,
- Shift: Day Shift
- Overtime: Occasional / Regular overtime is required.
- Weekends / Evenings: Weekends and Evenings are occasionally required.
- May be required to travel to / from Tyree Oil locations; Travel is primarily local during the business day, although some out-of-the-area and overnight travel may be expected.
