Working directly with our principal attorney and a close-knit team of three, you’ll be the bridge between meticulous legal work and exceptional client service. Whether you’re greeting a client in person, managing a complex digital filing, or pivoting between three different tasks before lunch—you handle it with precision and a smile.
What you’ll do:
• Own the execution of legal and case management work
• Maintain high-quality standards in a priority-driven environment
• Wear many hats within legal operations — drafting, organization, follow-up, and systems

Role details:
• Part-time (15–25 hours/week)
• $26–$32/hour (W-2)
• Omaha-based | Hybrid preferred
