What We’re Looking For:
We’re excited to bring on experienced traders who have a book of business and new traders eager to learn and grow with us. Whether you’re an expert in specialty wood or organic agriculture or are just starting out, if you have the right mindset, we’ll help you develop the skills to succeed.
In this hybrid role, you’ll:
- Sell, source, and manage logistics for specialty wood or organic food products.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners.
- Handle conflict resolution and some travel to build client connections.
- Get the support you need to grow your book of business, whether you’re bringing one with you or building it from scratch.

At TYR, we start early, work hard, and then make sure we enjoy the fruits of our labor. Our hours are 6:00 am - 3:30 pm (Mon-Thurs), and Fridays are half-days, because we believe in maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
