Quality Control Supervisor

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of Quality Inspectors and related production personnel.
• Ensure thorough inspections of partially assembled and finished products are conducted in accordance with company quality standards and procedures.
• Monitor and verify inspection results to ensure defective products are properly reworked, rejected, or documented.
• Identify recurring quality issues and recommend corrective actions to management and production teams.
• Conduct audits and visual inspections throughout the production process to maintain quality compliance.
• Train, mentor, and coach employees on quality standards, inspection procedures, and best practices.
• Ensure strict adherence to company security protocols within assigned processing areas and report any violations or non-compliance.
• Collaborate with production, operations, and management teams to resolve quality concerns and improve processes.
• Monitor workflow and staffing to ensure inspection activities support production timelines and deadlines.
• Ensure proper documentation and reporting of inspection results, defects, and quality trends.
• Address and report material shortages or supply issues that may impact quality inspection operations.
• Maintain a professional work environment and ensure team members represent the company positively.
• Promote and enforce workplace safety policies and maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Investigate unsafe conditions or practices and ensure they are reported and corrected promptly.
• Perform other related duties as assigned to support quality assurance and production objectives.

JOB FACTORS/WORK ENVIRONMENT:

• Work is performed in a manufacturing environment.
• Position may require prolonged standing, sitting, bending, walking, and lifting or moving materials.
• Exposure to typical manufacturing conditions including production equipment, noise, and active work areas.
• Supervisor must monitor floor activities and may spend extended periods on the production floor.
