What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cutting Operator position at TYR Tactical?

  • Responsible for spreading, marking and cutting fabric material.
  • Organized and can prioritize cutting according to needs of production team.
  • Good knowledge or experience using tools such as hand tools, sanders, bandsaw etc.
  • Experienced in working with different raw materials: soft fabrics, hard plastics.
  • Required to stand for 8-12 hours while operating tools.
  • Safely and efficiently handle and move raw materials weighing up to 60lbs to designated areas
  • Construction background preferred
