WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant/Associate Designer to join our Apparel / Softgoods team, supporting Apparel and Swimwear across both Men’s and Women’s. This role focuses on supporting the design and development of performance-driven apparel and swimwear and requires a passion for sport, product creation, and innovation, along with strong organizational skills, clear communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate is eager to learn and grow, with the ability to translate ideas into clear visual concepts while supporting the broader design vision. You have a strong interest in performance apparel, an understanding of sport culture, and a keen eye for detail. You will assist in bringing design concepts to life through strong execution, collaboration, and a willingness to take initiative.
Through research, market awareness, and consumer insights, you will help support the creation of relevant and innovative product solutions aligned with business goals. This role requires both creative thinking and strong attention to detail throughout the design and development process.

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
- Support the design team across Running, Training, and Swimming categories.
- • Assist in identifying product opportunities through research, trend analysis, and competitive benchmarking.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (development, merchandising, production) to support execution and timelines.
- Assist in preparing presentations, boards, and materials for internal reviews.
- Contribute to seasonal concepts, product narratives, and design direction.
- Support wear testing, sample reviews, and product feedback processes.
- Help maintain organization of design files, materials, and development tracking.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in Apparel or Fashion Design, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1-4 years of relevant apparel design experience (internships included).
- Interest or exposure to performance or activewear design is a plus.
DESIGN, MATERIALS & TECHNICAL SKILLS
- Basic understanding of garment construction, materials, and fit.
- Familiarity with performance fabrics and trims is a plus.
- Ability to sketch and support technical design packages (Adobe Illustrator preferred).
- Willingness to learn prototyping, sampling, and development processes.

Salary : $65,000 - $75,000
