Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service position at Typhur Technology in San Jose, CA. The Customer Service representative will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, providing excellent customer support, maintaining phone etiquette, and enhancing overall customer experience on a daily basis.

- Customer Service and Customer Experience expertise
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- Problem-solving skills and patience in dealing with customers

- High school diploma or equivalent required
Salary : $40,000 - $60,000
