Salary: $25-$30/hour, 40 hours per week

Your Role In The Mission
The Systems Engineering Intern will support the Systems Engineering team on a variety of projects that contribute to the development, documentation, and implementation of systems engineering processes and practices. This internship provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience with systems engineering tools, requirements, architecture, and day-to-day engineering activities.
The intern may support one or more systems or projects depending on current business and engineering needs. This role is well suited for a student interested in learning how complex engineering systems are defined, organized, documented, and managed throughout their lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities Could Include
- Support work in Cameo Systems Modeler on system requirements, functions, interfaces, and architecture.
- Assist with documenting and improving Systems Engineering processes, procedures, and workflows.
- Develop or enhance onboarding and training materials for Systems Engineering tools, practices, and processes.
- Provide day-to-day engineering support for an assigned system, subsystem, or project.
- Work with engineers and other technical stakeholders to gather and organize information needed to support systems engineering activities.
- Participate in team meetings, project discussions, and other activities to gain exposure to the broader engineering organization.
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in any engineering discipline or a master's degree in Systems Engineering or Industrial Engineering. Rising juniors, seniors, graduates, and graduate students are encouraged to apply.
- Interest in systems engineering, requirements management, system architecture, engineering processes, or complex technical systems.
- Ability to communicate technical information clearly through written documentation and presentations.
- Ability to work collaboratively with engineers and cross-functional team members.
- Willingness to learn new engineering tools, processes, and technical concepts.
