This is a full-time on-site role for a Proposal Manager located in Huntsville, AL. The Proposal Manager will oversee the proposal development process, ensuring high-quality and timely submission of proposals that align with client requirements and company objectives. - Proven experience in Proposal Writing, Proposal Coordination, and Proposal Management
- Understanding of compliance requirements and ability to interpret RFPs and RFQs
- Strong project management, organizational, and time management skills
- Excellent communication, editing, and proofreading skills
- Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office Suite and proposal management software
- Knowledge of federal contracting processes and industry standards
- Bachelor's degree in Business, English, Communications, or a related field
- Experience in government contracting or defense industries is a plus
