Duties
- Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding customer service to enhance their shopping experience
- Assist customers with product inquiries, offer product demos, and suggest upselling opportunities to maximize sales
- Maintain attractive merchandising displays and ensure showrooms are stocked and organized according to company standards, ability to lift 50lbs
- Manage inventory by arranging new merchandise, conducting stock counts, and assisting with inventory organization
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when handling inquiries
- Support in supervising team members during peak times, ensuring smooth store operations and excellent service delivery
Experience
- Previous retail sales experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and a positive attitude are key!
- Familiarity with sales (outdoor furniture or similar industry), cashiering procedures, and basic retail math enhances your ability to succeed in this role
- Strong communication skills are essential for engaging with customers and team members
- Experience in sales, merchandising, upselling, or stock management will help you excel in this energetic environment
