Tymeline is an autonomous initiative management platform that helps companies orchestrate complex programs across human employees, AI agents, and external vendors. We're hiring our founding Account Executive to build out enterprise sales motion as we scale.
This is a high-ownership role for a sales professional who wants to define the function rather than join an existing one. You will own pipeline development, deal execution, and customer expansion across a defined set of strategic accounts. You'll work directly with the CEO and the broader founding team, with significant input into pricing, packaging, and sales strategy as the company grows.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of enterprise accounts in active and developing stages
- Run end-to-end sales cycles, from initial outreach through technical evaluation, procurement, and contract close
- Develop and execute outbound strategies to engage technical buyers at VP Engineering, CTO, and CISO levels
- Lead discovery conversations and translate technical product capabilities into business value
- Partner with the CEO and founding team on positioning, competitive response, and customer expansion
- Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and contribute to quarterly revenue planning
- Help shape the sales playbook, onboarding materials, and processes for future sales hires
Requirements
- 3-7 years of B2B enterprise sales experience
- Track record of closing complex deals in the $50K-$500K range with multi-stakeholder buying committees
- Experience selling technical products into engineering, security, or platform buyers
- Proven ability to manage 60-180 day sales cycles involving CISO review, security questionnaires, and procurement processes
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to engage technical audiences
- Self-directed work style with the ability to source pipeline independently
- Comfort with ambiguity and the pace of an early-stage company
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience as a founding or early AE at a Series A or B company
- Background selling developer tools, AI infrastructure, security platforms, DevOps tooling, or data infrastructure
- Familiarity with channel and partner-led sales motions
- Experience with technical evaluation processes such as proofs of concept and pilot programs
